Over the past ten years we have been involved on various projects at Southall College from refurbishment of existing blocks to new construction. Our input involves a new block comprising a three-storey steel framed teaching block on pad foundations constructed in sympathy with the redevelopment/refurbishment of the other three courtyard buildings. Metal deck/concrete slabs are supported on composite beams and stanchions. This final phase of the redevelopment of the site includes a fully fitted vehicle maintenance workshop, carpentry workshop, training kitchen and general teaching facilities.
