Structural Engineering

This five storey mixed use development consists of ground and first floor office accommodation with a further three floors of residential accommodation.

A small below ground plant space is also provided, formed by a contiguous piled wall. The structure consists of reinforced concrete flat slab floors supported on a grid of columns. The stability is provided by reinforced concrete walls around the stair and lift core. Foundations are piled. The roof structure is formed of steelwork to facilitate the duo pitch roof shape.
