As part of our ongoing relationship with Ealing Hammersmith and West London College, we have been involved in a number of projects at Acton College over the last ten years.

The New Construction Department is a two storey structure with a reinforced concrete flat slab, ground and first floor, and a steel framed roof structure with additional mezzanine areas. The sports hall involved the conversion of an existing building by the installation of mezzanine floors, creation of a new entrance structure including stairs and canopy and a connecting pedestrian bridge.

    This first phase of the redevelopment of the Ealing site at Ealing Hammersmith and West London College included the reinstatement of the fire damaged upper floor of the original Ealing School, built in 1913, but including a new column free floor in the roof space to accommodate a new Learning Resource Centre.
