This project provides two floors of residential accommodation over a two-storey library and plant space along with four terraced houses all on the site of an existing library and health clinic.

The development comprises a mixed-use six-storey building with offices proposed for the ground and first levels and four storeys of residential accommodation over.
Abbey Street
This project consisted of the conversion and extension of an existing warehouse building to provide residential apartments.
Mare Street
The development comprises a mixed-use four-storey building with commercial space proposed for the ground floor and residential accommodation over at first, second and third floors.
Copse Hill
This development comprised two three-storey houses, each with five bedrooms.
