Underground Drainage
This project is a new build six storey plus part basement composite steel framed office building with a reinforced concrete core. Long span composite cellular beams support composite metal deck floors providing open floor plates. The basement is formed of a steel sheet piled wall acting as both permanent and temporary retaining structure. The structure is supported on piles with cantilever ground beams supporting columns close to the boundary. GDC provided full structural engineering and below ground drainage design including all reinforcement details.
