This was a PFI project to provide three large borough police stations at Sutton, Bromley and Lewisham.

The buildings shared a common structural design concept of concrete flat slab floors supported on columns on a variety of grids and with stability provided by walls around stair cores. However, the detailed layout of each building and the different locations meant that repetition in the detailed design was limited. The roof structures varied in shape and form but were constructed using steel frames. Externally the buildings were clad in brick/block cavity construction.
