This project consisted of the structural design of a new detached luxurious four bedroom property set over a large area and designed in a Californian Mission Revival style, together with the associated drainage design. The project had a basement, separate garage block, coach house and indoor swimming pool. The superstructure was formed of a mixture of steelwork, pre-cast planks and load bearing masonry
